• Must have 40% of lashes left or you will be charged for a full set
• Please give yourself enough travel time to get to your appointment to avoid being late due to traffic and/or to find parking
• 15 minutes or later will result in an automatic cancellation. No shows will require a 50% deposit when rebooking
• All appointments for new clients require a $20 non-refundable deposit that will go towards your appointment
